Most big restos are open already last week; the steak resto should open soon. Thanks sa sasagot. ewan ko if same sa COD, pero most machines take cash and u can play or pag may sukli ka or u wanna withdraw the money na maglalabas sya ng card with credits. u can use that card and reload it with cash sa other machines or play or approach the counter na pag mageencash ka.
