I suggest focus on cardio like 10,000 steps daily. Smartwatch would be helpful on this. Then 2x a week full body work out.

thanks bro, pero i made a change sa workout routine ko, let's see the results, i average around 8k steps lang eh pag usual day hahaha pag nag mall kami ng wife ko then dun lang ako umaabot ng 10k haha
