Sirbas
Wow dami nangyare sa lakers ngayon. Buti nalang hinde natrade si Ingram. Pwede pangtapat kay Ben simmons at giannis antetokounmpo kapag nawala na warriors and cavs. Lol. Â Si Magic na president of basketball operations. Quote Link to comment
calvinzero
A big gamble for Magic in terms of his legacy.  Dapat hindi muna tinanggal si Mitch Kupchak as GM. It was reported na ang former player agent ni Kobe ang magiging new General Manager.  Masyado daw hilaw, based from the analyst, If you know Rob Pelinka? CirocBoy
Power play by Magic Johnson. He's gonna do what he did to the LA Dodgers, run up the salary cap money but can't wouldn't be able to deliver a championship. Oh well, just like him, let's be POSITIVE! Quote Link to comment

Tanking would just means more ping pong balls and high percentage of getting the pick. Either way, the Lakers guaranteed their team at least a first round pick via trade with Houston. Basket Case
Update: the Lakers are currently the second worst team behind the Nets... If this remains the same until the end of the season, the first round pick will remain with the Lakers... Quote Link to comment

This isn't the NFL where a worst record automatically means 1st pick in the draft. Just ask the Cavs a few years back. They ended up with the first pick despite not having the worst record. What I'm referring here is the Lakers will retain their top 3 protected pick and will not go to another team... What matters here is they will get a high pick regardless of 1st 2nd and 3rd... Boston will likely get the better pick here either the top or the 2nd... The Lakers are not expecting the top pick anyway... On this loaded draft according to experts, retaining the pick is the priority it doesn't matter if it goes to the 3rd... If the pick becomes 4th, say goodbye to the pick...
