Ipad mini 2 - A little bit of my budget 2.) Cherry Mobile Tegra note 7 LTE - Good for gaming, although it seems kinda old. 3.) Nvida Shield - hard to find, need to buy via amazon and it's kinda out of my budget. 4.)
