How is the price on ipad 2?

I read somewhere on the net that apple will reduce the price of the ipad 2 by $100 when the 'new ipad' comes out.

Does it follow that if a virus can infect a Mac, that virus can also infect an IPad?

 

AFAIK, IPad's IOS is based on Mac's OSX. Since IOS is a somewhat mobile version in nature, there should be similarities and differences between the two. Regarding the Malware (Flashback) that hit OSX a few months back, this shouldn't affect IPad as this more of Flashplayer installer for OSX. Hope this helps
