Sadly, we have no luxury beach town near Manila.  We have El Nido but you have to fly and then there are scattered.   Boracay is the closest but again it's not near Manila.  Yung tipong you could live there.  Think of a strip of 5 star hotel resorts and  luxury residential resorts then a Greenbelt-like mall and lots of quality diners and spas around.

Parang napakahirap maghanap ng maayos na resort with a good beach na driving distance from NCR. Parang di ko nabalitaan na nagdevelop na yung mga datihan na ok puntahan - like sa Pangasinan or Batangas.. or even Zambales..

 plenty of great beaches and resorts near Manila that are easily accessible by car. In Batangas, there's Anilao Beach, Calatagan Beach, and Laiya Beach. In Bataan, there's Morong Beach and Bagac Beach. And in Cavite, there's Anilao Beach and Corregidor Island. All of these destinations are within a few hours' drive from Manila.
