Sana lang Thoss can be replaced by JuneMar...(pwede pa naman daw baguhin ang line-up but with huge monetary penalty fee; pero I doubt kung payagan pa ng SMC, unless the Kraken will do a Pingris)

 

Mukhang katawan lang ang malaki kay Kraken. Ga-Kraken ang katawan, pero ga-pusit ang yagbols.

Chief ayaw mo talaga kay rosser ha ....hehe pareho tayo...ayaw ko naman kay thoss...his low post moves is almost non existent sa international games...turn around and fake...ilan blocks sa kanya ng opposing bigs eh...true may shooting sya...pero nde dependable....si troy may 3 point range...plus rosser and troy can go up for the blocks and rebound...plus athletic and aggressive pa...si thoss nde naman kataasan tumalon at nde mabilis tumakbo....he wont be able to guard yun opposing PF mas lalo na yun opposing SF.( i guess dito papasok yun mga useless fouls nya hehe)

 

well may punto ka dyan... may instances nga na may napakita sina troy at rosser but overall performance nila nganga.

ang pagiging athleticism nilang dlawa ang angat kay Thoss yun lng...

Thoss hindi man consistent, a big man against IRAN & China would still a plus rather to play Rosario.

cguro pwede na si Rosario sa next FIBA Asia cup wag lng magkaroon ng major injury.

Rosser possibleng mawala kung nandun sina Japeth o Junmar. Coach T tried to let him take over as PG hirap sya not a decent ball handler. sya na lng magisa nawawala pa yung bola.

Perhaps but I am not sold on this guy. Another guy who I am not sold on is JC Intal who made dumb mistakes in the Sokor game which was supposed to be an acid test for him. He failed miserably. But, these are the Gilas 12 now so I guess we just have to support them.

 

intal is i think inconsistent...error prone at times. he is more of an extreme player...pag swerte, maganda ang laro...pag naman minalas, ang pangit ng laro. but then, these are the 12 men chosen by coach tab who will be fighting for our flag and country. we will definitely support this group. LABAN PILIPINAS!!!

In my opinion, almost all the plays would go through Blatche since our talent level is not exactly the talent level of the FIBA-World Gilas team. He will most probably be double-teamed consistently and this would create opportunities for the others to score. He will most probably be the decoy in games against Iran or China. Haddadi can't camp in the paint with Blatche in there because the drivers like Abueva and Romeo would look for Blatche down low so Haddadi can't and won't leave Blatche. Also, I think Blatche could take Haddadi off the dribble and can score from midrange. Blatche completely changes the dynamic that Iran uses when playing us.

 

Tab Baldwin's play goes with guards not with centers, he rarely use players to dominate the paint offensively

I agree. The thing is we won't know which Intal would show up in each game, which is a risky gamble since it is an Olympic berth at stake. However, if he still is inconsistent during the early stages of the FIBA-Asia, I think Tab will bench him during the the knockout stages.

exactly my concern chief. hopefully the intal with good plays will show up at the fiba asia otherwise it will be hontiveros who will be called upon to hit the 3s aside from ranidel, romeo and castro of course. in order to be an asset, intal must have to limit his TOs.

Move on na tayo wala na talaga si Fajardo huwag na natin hanapin. Sa ngyon support muna ako sa gilas kahit sino pa line up nila. Inaalala ko lang kulang tayo sa shooter wala sila Tenorio, paul, jimmy at jeff. Dapat si intal magpakitang gilas na. Sila terrence, gabe, castro at ranidel lang yung consistent outside shooter natin cgrdo na check na ng kalaban yan. Sa big men naman natin lumalaban na naman sila asi at thoss tapos nandyan pa si blatche. China at Iran lang naman ang pinakamalaking hadlang satin lalo na ang china ang alam ko madami silang 7footer sa line up.
