General Liver Concerns

I have a friend who advise a common friend to just drink warm water..after 1month ung next na test nya normal na liver enzymes nya unlike nung ngtake cya silymarin 3months lalo pang tumaas liver enzynes..hot or warm water lng pala

i used to have a shot of brandy per day before bedtime and me and my friends would have bottles of beer on top of the 1 to 2 liters of whatever hard per week. had a fatty liver and diabetes in a year. 

now i only drink maybe less than 5x a year, cant even go thru 1can of beer or 1glass of wine. my other sicknesses like bloodsugar and cholesterol is still jacked, but i never had a fatty liver in my tests ever again.

Never mix paracetamol with alcohol. Even antibiotics can push your liver to the breaking point when you mix it with alcohol.

Never mix metronidazole and alcohol. Meron disulfiram reaction. Had seen one. Best to read na lang meaning sa google.
