richardahorton2015 Posted May 16 Share Posted May 16 ideally therapy/prescribed medication. short term - find safe space - space where you feel safe. distraction can help but only short term like gaming, tv, etc. exercise always helpful but needs mental energy to do. forcing yourself to do stuff you dont feel like doing makes doing stuff you dont like to do but have to easier in the future Quote Link to comment
