Maykeee Posted June 6 Share Posted June 6 If you dont have any backer or any professional license, try to pass the CSC Professional exam first bago ka maghanap ng trabaho para walang hassle. Mas maganda after graduation para fresh kpa from the exams... Then pray kasi maraming kalaban sa govt na walang eligibilities pero matindi ang mga kakilala... Im not justifying the padrino system pero always remember that the boss of a certain govt agency will only trust those who they personally knew or somebody that were endorsed by someone they know or being trusted. And it is a reality. Yun lang I am a professional civil service passer but i dont have any experience in public service yet. It's true that the padrino system would almost always be chosen, and job openings have become formalities na lang. Quote Link to comment
