Kenji168
At night! Your day activities serve as the warmup to different body parts as they get ready to be pumped! Quote Link to comment
Dr. A
I think twice a day workout would be ideal - light workout in the morning just to get your energy levels up for the day (and increase metabolism for the day as well) and a heavier/more rigorous workout in the afternoon (ideally 4-8 hours before sleeping). Did some research and generally jogging/exercising at night can interrupt with your natural energy levels. Coz after you workout your body tends to feel more energized but then you're mind will already be forcing your body to calm down and sleep (since gabi na). Quote Link to comment
