Find a time na convenient and you can do so consistently. For example, if 8-5pm work sched ka, then pwedeng every after work, or pwede din 3x a week lang (MWF), basta consistent. Pag consistent kasi, it helps with adherence. It's more likely you can stick to your workout for the long term. Quote Link to comment

Mga 8 pm na ako pwede 😭😭 such is the adult life But tbh the best time for me to work out is when walang tao sa gym HAHAHA i get to use everything without judgement and without sharing Quote Link to comment
