The only step we took was only to up our Vit C doses to 1000mg. Why don't you just hunt for items found during rainy season? Quote Link to comment

Now thank heavens there are other leaders in charge of the groups and chapters. I can just have quiet coffee or dinner with my lady friends and be one of the organizers for the bigger ones.
