It would be great to find a dive bar around manila. yung tipong bar na parang na sa "Cheers". o kaya kahit steady lang na bar kung san ka pwede magisip, o magsulat, na tahimik at wala masyadong tao.

There used to be a bar in Mile Long called I WANNA BE LEFT ALONE JAZZ BAR. I'm not sure if it' still around though.

everytime i'm out of town, i drink alone in local bars. after a few bottles, may kasama na ako up to the wee hours of the morning...

Any cozy and comfy bars/lounge sa QC area na pwede mag-hang out? Somewhere not too noisy and still relatively safe for a solo flight chick, ahahaha.

 

Mogwai's too congested na e. And Moomba is quite alright but I want to try something out pa.

 

Will try Niche one of these days. Any other suggestions?

just read this thread. in the 90s there was "left alone bar" where me and me cousins used to bar hop. the place feels like you wont be ashamed of the bar if you are alone. you wont get the feeling of self pity when you are in that bar. super dilim kase. afaik they closed down years ago.
