While technically not depreciating, pwede maimpair value ng lupa for reasons (ex. Binaha, may bagong dumpsite etc.)

I have been investing in maya last 2 years in personal savings. The jnterest is not as high as MP2.

Diversify. For low risk appetite, try digital banks that yield daily compounding interest like seabank go tyme. MP2 din for long term, Buy physical gold, pero I am biased in Dollar Costing average by buying Bitcoin for how many years. Ito nagpa ahon sa akin sa kahirapan.
