While technically not depreciating, pwede maimpair value ng lupa for reasons (ex. Binaha, may bagong dumpsite etc.)

I have been investing in maya last 2 years in personal savings. The jnterest is not as high as MP2.

I have CREIT, AREIT and FILRT. I just offloaded PREIT after a 10% increase in a few weeks
