crashnburn0001
Used to use gloves pero di ko na ginagamit. You can do without it honestly. May callo nga lang sa palm at the base of the middle and ring finger. But so what right? Quote Link to comment
Geekvape
gloves for protection...pra ska walang kalyo...hehehe Quote Link to comment
eika85
Only for exercises with weights. I don't want to get kalyo. The guys might get grossed out if I have more macho hands than they do. 1 Quote Link to comment
Nemo Outis
Yes, because I don't want to ruin my career as a hand model  Just kidding. But seriously, while we may think that girls dig the "macho" callouses, I'm pretty sure that they don't like being touched in their most sensitive areas (you know where) with fingers that have the texture of unfinished concrete Quote Link to comment
Hoshinodor
Masmaganda naka gloves.. iwas pawis and iwas kalyo Quote Link to comment

suitor
Nope. Mas okay yun mag kakalyo ka then titigas yun palms mo eventually mas stronger na ang grip. Quote Link to comment

phatballlz
I don't use gloves or straps simply because using them would not improve your grip strength. In fact, pag may friends ako or bagong training partner na gumagamit ng gloves or straps I would tell them na hindi naman kailangan yun, not unless powerlifter ka and you're deadlifting 2x or 3x your bodyweight. The only way to train your grip is to actually grip heavy. If your concerned about getting blisters and kalyo on your hands, there's actually a proper way to grip a bar. If your trainer has a proper weightlifting background, tuturuan ka niya i-grip yung bar ng tama na hindi magkakalyo yung kamay mo (personally, i use this simple test to know kung sinong mga trainer yung may background talaga sa strength training and proper weightlifting). ytrewqwerty
Yes. Improves grip. When grip is good, form also becomes better. Quote Link to comment
