Feeling Rich, Looking Rich And Claiming To Be Rich

i dont feel rich. definitely not looking rich. i cant claim to be rich. i look more of a slave hehehe

 

if i stand together with makati/ bgc people i'd look like a mess. a puddle of mud in a well dressed society. hehehe

 

while everybodys wearing nice leather shoes, im wearing my sandals :)

 

while everyone looks over their shoulder for gorgeous men and women, i cant even turn one head hehehe even the guy thats trying to give out credit cards. hehehe "walang pera to" hehehe

 

buti pa yun charity girl lumalapit :) hehehe

 

i am like the rest of us. i am pobre :)

lagi iniisip ng mga tao im rich. just because i dont look 100percent pinoy and my name doesnt sound very juan dela cruz. but i live from paycheck to paycheck, my car is my dads and its over 10years old. i dont own a house, and my savings account wont sustain me for a month.

and my accent or twang? mga gago bulol lang ako. wahahahaha

Being rich is all relative,it depends on your lifestyle. If you have enough to cover your living expenses for at least 20 years and you have sure passive income working for you and you don't have liabilities not to mention you have your own house and lot here in metro Manila I would consider you rich in the Philippines.

Depende sa kung ano nag cause / trigger ng ganyang mentality sa mga tao.

 

1. Colonial mentality (Common)

2. Symbol of Power (Common)

3. Acknowledgement

- Marami akong kakilala na naging ganito dahil sa need nila ng acknowledgement to validate their existence. Karamihan is yung mga galing sa broken families na pinabayaan na ng both parents, busted sa nililigawan, iniwan ng asawa, inalipusta ng todo, nasira ang reputation / name, alone sa buhay.

 

Meron ngang isa na hindi nakatapos sa kolehiyo, wala ngayong trabaho, baon sa utang, nakikitira sa lola, pero nag loan ng car, at hindi lang basta nag loan ng car, pina custom pa yung mga parts like headlight, coating, mags, tires, etc., Just for the sake of an Instagram post a day. Para malaman ng mga friends at mga kamag-anak nya na okay lang sya despite na iniwan sya ng parents nya.

Marami ako kilala na ganyan. Yung iba, mahilig magtravel or luxury lifestyle. Post ng post sa FB or IG pero walang ipon. Uutang sa akin pambayad sa bank pero nakikita ko every week kung anu ano binibili or kumakain sa high end restaurants.

 

yan ang isa sa mga ugaling pinoy... feeling rich, pero broke inside.

Your friends sounds like my friends.

Palagi na lang naghahanap ng mautangan pero mas masarap pa buhay nila sa akin. Their family always on trips abroad, may brand new car sa garage, more than enough car than people at home, eating at fine restos, and shopping branded clothes and golf time.

Pero palaging nagpapapalit ng cheke na post dated. Sad thing is palaki ng palaki ang pinpapalit nyang amount
