There are good nights. There are bad nights. Then there is Ginebra last night hahaha. Move on na tayo. May game 5 pa tayong aabangan.

(no arguments guys, just my opinion)

These guys have pride.

JBL and LA are trying their best para makahabol, yun nga lang, tambak na talaga. Kaya hindi na din pinasok ni CTC nung halfway ng 3rd dahil alam niya kelangan na niya i conserved ang energy for next game.

It really is because of the zone sabi nga ni CTC. na set ang rhytm ng 3pt shooters nila dahil sa zone. And SMB yan, defending champion, nanalo down 0-3 kaya expect them to comeback stronger. I was even surprised we won nung Game 3.

THIS

the missing link is Mercado. LA's 3 is there, but Sol was our best 3pt shooter nung elims at quarters, ngayon hirap na hirap sya.

We need those 3s and Sol to come sa game 5 to have a chance.

Sabi nila mababa daw assist kaya talo, kaya mababa assist kasi daming mintis, kung shoot yun credit sa assist. The ball movement is there, the problem is may takip din talaga yung ring ng BGSM kagabi. May halong malas.

The antidote for a zone defense is a 3 point shot, this is what SMB did to our team. The problem with us is we don't have a legitimate shooters. We should not give them the same medicine that they applied to us. Come game 5, The Gins should find a way to break their zone and at the same time apply a man to man defense on their shooters.

Good Luck Gin Kings!

Tautuaa, Ross, Mercado the latest to take a hit as PBA hands out more penalties

THE PBA Governors Cup semifinal playoffs is down to its final game, but the Commissioner’s Office has not slowed down in its campaign to make erring players pay.

Five stalwarts from three teams were the latest to be fined for flagrant fouls, flopping, and technical infractions committed during a three-day stretch from September 30 to October 2.

TNT Katropa rookie Mo Tautuaa got the biggest fine of P5,000 for the flagrant foul called on him against Bryan Faundo of Meralco in Game Three of their semifinals series, which the Bolts wrapped up Monday night, 3-1, following a 94-88 win to advance in their first ever league finals appearance.

San Miguel guard Chris Ross meanwhile, was found guilty of flopping during Game Three of the other semifinal pairing featuring the Beermen and the Barangay Ginebra Kings. He was fined P3,000.

Three other players, meanwhile, were called for technical fouls for various reasons.

Ginebra’s Sol Mercado committed the infraction for taunting and fined P1,600. The pair of San Miguel import Elijah Millsap and Ginebra big man Jervy Cruz were both meted P1,000 penalties for second motion. All technical fouls were handed down during Game Four their best-of-five series Sunday.

The fines, which amounted to P11,600, go directly to the Players' Trust Fund for the benefit of the educational assistance of the league for the children of retired players.

The league has yet to hand out possible transactions made during Game Four of the Meralco-TNT game in which star player and MVP candidate Jayson Castro was tossed out late in the fourth quarter after committing his second flagrant foul on Chris Newsome.
