Second quarter dalawa lang ang field goal ng Barangay vs. halos 20 misses! Hope they can recover their wits sa second half. Caguioa not playing

 

 

Vroman is at his best in razzle-dazzle-let-go pace of a game; otherwise, he's just 'readable'. Tapos, mareklamo pa kapag nae-expose ang 'kahinaan'

Coach Siot should handle his strong and weak points intelligently, sayang very skillful pa naman 'yung mama. The Spark was obviously terribly missed by his teammates...

Sa totoo lang I hate it when Ginebra lose lalo na sa bmeg (pf noon), kahit na kaninong team except bmeg, bmeg is the team I love to hate noon pa man, kung meron most hated players na room dito sa Sports thread dapat meron ding most hated team/s at ilalagay ko na agad doon bmeg along with the heat and celtic hehe

Ginabi ako ng uwi kagabi kaya 'di ko napanood ang laro nila pero nai- inform ako thru text na lamang nga sila pero mas kabado ako pag lamang ang Ginebra in the early part of the game, alam na namin nating long-time Ginebra fans na pag lamang sila most probably maabutan ang lamang nila at 'yun na nga ang nangyari kagabi.

Vroman ought to keep his head cool and the coaching staff of Ginebra must do something, ploy na din siguro ng bmeg to get his goat for him to lose concentration, sabi nga sa akin thru text napipikon na daw.

Si H-BOmb hanggang first quarter lang, biglang naging yelo, same with Cobe Caneleta The big letdown kagabi was Cortez. Wala rin sa sarili. Pero sa likes of it, parang off-night na naman ang ating team. Hope makabawi sa Friday at manonood ako live!

Dapat nung first five pa lang tinapatan agad ng BGK yun, first five ng BMEG Bowles,Yap,Urbiztondo,Devance,Reavis dapat first five ng BGK Vroman,Canaleta,Cortez,Raymundo,Mamaril para yung 2nd unit natin may energy pa din, ang nangyari yung first five ng BGK yun ang malakas Vroman,Helterbrand,Cortez,W.Wilson,Hatfield...kaya yung pagdating ng 2nd quarter dun na nakabangon ang BMEG pagod na yung first five. Kaya kahit 2nd half ndi na nakabawa kasi dissapoint na sa laro si Vroman, dapat cool lang siya sa laro puro angal kasi ginagawa.

 

Mas angat naman locals natin kaysa BMEG di lang alam ni Siot paano gamitin...sa import match-up tayo natalo kagabi...Vroman wag ka angal ng angal ang laro sa PBA more on physical.

Yun problema walang legitimate scorer ang BGK wala si Caguioa, he can score more than 10pts a game...Kung dikitan ang laban need ang score niya.

Even though the Saigon Heat snapped san Miguel Beermen’s five-game winning streak and dealt the Beermen a, 66-63, upset loss, still SMB’s new man Roger Yap is happy with with the way things are turning out for him in the ASEAN Basketball League.

 

 

”I’m happy here in the ABL,” said the former Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) B-MEG Llamados guard. “Here I am given the trust and the playing time that I didn’t get in the PBA.”

 

When Yap joined his new team San Miguel early this month he has brought maturity to the team.

 

”Roger has brought maturity to the team,” said SMB head coach Bobby Parks who’s happy to have the 34-year old Yap in his roster. “Others can learn from him since he’s a great player and ha has been active in the PBA.”

 

Coach Parks doesn’t want to rush things that is why he slowly use Yap more importantly in the defensive end because according to him Yap is smart enough defensively.

 

After his stint in the ABL, Yap plans to return to the PBA but not with B-Meg anymore.

 

”After this I will go back to the PBA. Any team but not with B-Meg. I any hard feelings for my former team,” he explained.

It's really tough for ginebra to win without "the spark" especially if no one steps up big time. without mark, you lose 20+ points, about 7 rebounds plus the intangibles. ginebra suddenly became the underdogs in this series. as it is now, ginebra will live or die with vroman. just my penny's thoughts.

Nice 1st quarter, pero there r 4 quarters....

 

i can see it coming... the poor rotation.. not because of history but.. seeing JJ and cortez... at the backcourt. without the spark averaging almost 19 points and 8 rebs.... kakapusin sila...JJ coming from a lay off...si Rob na lang ang true point off the bench... yes they clicked in t he 1st quarter, and went poof the rest...off pa si Dylan...haizzzz.. dapat maaga pa hinugot si J wilson and EVill...haizzzzztttt

 

i think having the cool Cat and J will/ababou , or JJ/ababou and Rob,, could be more productive , a combi that will not burn the Guard rotation.. without sacrificing ball carrier/distribution and Scoring at the guard spot...

 

and don't make subs via platoon...a gradual subs and re-subs of the first-stringers as to not affect the chemistry of the players playing... kaya nawawala momentum e.. naiiba agad timpla...well di sa nagmamagaling... eveident lang na palpak lang plus ang daming palpak last game... and hopefully naubos na ang palpak later.. bwehehehe....
