vkalbos
I just feel Ginebra won't win until caguioa and helterbrand are there. This is so true... Gins line up are loaded with combo guards, e anong nangyari?
Agent_mulder
Ginebra should lock up Gregzilla for the long haul. In my opinion, he is a franchise player. Gregzilla's indecision whether to dunk it or just follow it up cost him the crucial gimme. Meralco doesn't have anyone to stop him. Too bad Ginebra lost the momentum when David played fireman. They would definitely would like to stick with Greg for a long time, cornerstone ng team si Greg along with Ellis, wag lang sanang biglang ma-trade hehe. Lamang na lamang sila with Japeth at Greg around, problema lang konti lang ang plays para doon sa 2 malaki nila, me nakita akong maganda play na ginawa nila noon against smb, 'yung short pass inside ni Greg to Japeth kaso dumulas sa kamay ni Japeth, tignan nila ang laro ng Clippers lalo na nila Griffin at Jordan at makikita nila ang sinasabi kong plays, sure hindi kasing athletic nila Griffin at Jordan sina Greg at Japeth pero with their height walang aabot sa kanila once they make those short passes inside.... http://pba.inquirer.net/51157/the-top-five-pba2015-centers-right-now GREG'S number 2 rating does not come in as a surprise.... the article also has a nice comment that he needs to improve... the biggest surprise is faundo... beating sonny thoss, kramer and other 'bigger' names Fajardo might be the no. 1 center sa ngayon pero malamang kahit maganda slate ng smb laglag na naman sila at iiyak na naman si Fajardo Edited November 25, 2014 by Agent_mulder Quote Link to comment

daphne loves derby
Ang Globalport ay poor defensive team. pero kung makikipagsabayan ang barangay sa skoran may hulog tayo. dapat keep the scores low and maximize our big man, wala silang post threat puro guards lang. Quote Link to comment

vkalbos
Gregzilla is better than Marlou Aquino. The guy has a variety of post moves and is virtually unstoppable in the paint. I'm excited seeing Fajardo and him team up with Gilas in the future. Anyway, regarding plays, one of the variants of the triangle that puzzles me is posting Greg on the elbow which is way too far from his sweet spot. I don't get the logic in putting Greg on the elbow when he should be in post position just outside the key near the basket. Greg positioned on the elbow because he needs to attract the defense on the wing, from there 1,2 and 3 position can easily rotate on the baseline and then eventually gets an easy shots. 4 position could also play as a decoy. *kalel*
I just feel Ginebra won't win until caguioa and helterbrand are there.ako naman believe that they need the 2 there... they do not eat much time as former mvp's... hey were very instrumental in the wins of the gins.. anyway, i think their new roles as backup will serve the gins right Quote Link to comment
