You are asking why trade Baguio in the first place? All because of the STUPIDITY OF GINEBRA COACH - JONG UICHICO! Despite of the clamour that Jong give Baguio real playing time, hindi nakinig. NOW............ask why we lost the game?? Again, WITH THE STUPIDITY OF COACH JONG.....Imagine Mark Caguioa playing his heart out having 20+ points in the first half........BENCHING HIM THE WHOLE THIRD QUARTER. Pinasok mid last quarter, nanlamig na tuloy. Si Hatfield? No defense, not anymore the H-Bomb but a Baby Rocket. Again, it all boils down to the STUPIDITY OF OUR COACH. TRADE THE COACH, NOT THE PLAYERS!

my 2 observations..

 

first, 2nd qtr pinagsabay si miller at caguioa. hindi alam ng alaska sino ipapabantay kay dela cruz. bumanat ng pts si caguioa, while miller did some assists. dun umalagwa ang bgk. come 3rd qtr, pinasok si miller, then 4th qtr pinasok si caguioa. pero hindi na niya pinagsabay ang dalawa.

 

second, bakit tuwing maganda ang outcome ng gameplan ng ginebra... babaguhin ito ni jong. pag maganda nilalaro ng players niya aalisin niya, iibahin ang plan. (like what he did to cyrus before, and to the miller-caguioa tandem earlier.) pero pag hindi maganda ang gameplan hindi niya binabago (like their game plan against alaska the whole semis series the previous conference).

Sometimes, pumapasok sa isip ko, may sindikato ba sa likod ni Jong? Na magpatalo para maka kubra? Even a greenhorn coach will not do what he did last night! Henry Cojuangco should look deep into this! Henry will not profit from this kind of coach. The fans will be turned off. Not sour graping ha! Just an observation. Hindi dapat si NoyNoy ang isalang sa psychiatric test, dapat si Jong!

Im looking forward for a change of coaching staff and not trading the young potential player with an old/choker player...

Skyrus Baguio made a big impact with his first game with ALASKA and the old Miller...well, he's still a choker..hehehe

Wala na talagang ibang dapat sisihin sa pagkatalo ng Ginebra kundi yung gunggong na COACH.... The players had given their best pero sa tuwing may mag iinit na player lagi na lang nilalabas.It's about time to find new a coach bago pa mahuli ang lahat....

'di ko napanood laro kagabi and i was hoping for a Ginebra win pero ang nakita ko na nakalagay sa isang tabloid ngayong umaga ay "Baguio is the name", parang sinabi na din ni Baguio na "pagsisisihan n'yo ang pag-trade n'yo sa akin", noon pa man nakikita ko na parang walang effort si Jong na bigyan ng ample playing time si Baguio, ipapasok then pag nag-init ilalabas na, consistent talaga si Jong sa paglabas sa player na mainit at mga questionabke na diskarte esp. sa endgame. Replaced the coach, ibalik si Jawo! Kung nababasa mo man ito Jawo, 'di ka para sa pulitika, sa sports ka kaya bumalik ka na sa Ginebra!!

ano kaya ang binibigay na kapalit ni jong ( i can't even call him coach) sa smc management para hindi nila maisipan alisin siya? hhmmm.... :rolleyes:

 

cause i personally think kahit mga assistant coach ng ibang team ay mas magaling pa sa kanya. (like coach koy, coach joel banal, coach jorge gallent). -_-

 

you can't even trade the coach with the way he's doing right now... high salaried coach na pulpol naman??? :angry:

i never saw ginebra fans as furious as now (including myself)..as if they're just playing not to win! i hope the management starts to care what fans thinks and make the necessary adjustments...baka maging low-tiered team na lang sila in the future. meaning wala ng fans!

i'm happy for Bagiou in Alaska. He was not getting a lot of exposure in Ginebra. What a waste of talent

 

kaya nga... hindi lang team ang napalitan kay miller at baguio, kundi pati roles. miller became a bencher now, with limited minutes. while baguio enjoyed his playing time.
