I remembered an article that I read one day that d-span's a candidate to be included for the US baseball team. I guess it didn't go on.

im not surprised.. i posted it below on may 26th..

 

 

only a matter of time.. of course im not praying for that but,

 

a. izzy is injury prone

b. izzy is an FA next year, STL isnt too keen on resigning him..

c. franklin doesnt have closer stuff, last time ERA was below 3.00 was in 1993

d. i said before that tony and rookies are like oil and water, but i still expect perez to close after the all-star break or late in the season when STL is out of the playoff picture

e. they're going with perez next year, unless a freak injury happens or his arm falls of during ST, they might as well take a look at what he can do now..

f. izzy is injury prone

 

d. is not really accurate coz STL is still in it.. but everything else is pretty much inline..

 

as for zumaya, it should've been zumaya time until that freak accident in ST.. right now, he's obviously not yet fully recovered.. but it's still his job to lose.. if i wasnt playing mtc leagues i would have a closer watchlist article kinda like closing time in the fantasy baseball general discussion..

 

edit: pag pumasok ang STL sa playoffs, may closer darkhorse sila: Adam Wainwright. *if the rotation holds up and no one implodes among them.
