agentjackbauer
KVille--, Do you have any prospect who isnt a pitcher? It depends but I'd prefer that than your 3rd-rounder for Matusz. (By the way, I remember my biggest booboo yet in the Rule 5 draft: picking Matusz when I could have gotten Pedro Alvarez. Now the baseball guru (a.k.a GoG) has Alvarez. Darn. gift_of_game
for what it's worth, Alvarez is presently dealing with conditioning problems as he is kinda chunky... Quote Link to comment

agentjackbauer
If only we could all put an average first baseman in the catcher's spot Quote Link to comment

gift_of_game
would really depend on the catcher, IMO. thought it's tough to refute that argument as it belies position depth. Edited January 27, 2009 by gift_of_game Quote Link to comment
