I am certified beer lover and my favorite beer is redhorse beer plus pambalnaw san mig light. Does anyone here know the benefits of beer? I read some articles with regards to health benefits of drinking beer is it true? by the way almost every night I drink 2 bottles of 500ml of redhorse beer with or without a companion..can somebody tell me if it is safe for my healthy to continue doing a 2 bottle each night or just stop to prevent possible diseases?
