faso
I also have ACER compare to MSI which I really prefer to used because of MB but CErtainly w/ limited budget ACER I choose for my gaming needs so far ok naman aside sa madaling mag low batt. pero superior quality talaga din. difference bet. here and abroad maliit lang dito ko binili in card basis pa 0% interest unlike abroad cash. ACER w dedicated VC fit for gamers talaga. Quote Link to comment
romeoalpha
To: anyone who knows about this: I bought an acer aspire one model za3 in singapore last month. Unfortunately, one of its keys, specifically letter O was damaged. I called one of the acer accredited service center here in our country and inquired about it. They told me the item (whole keyboard) costs P850, however, i cannot accept that the labor cost amounts to P1500. It is double than the item cost itself. Does it really have to be this way? johnlove
I'm sorry, this is how the system works.Better think twice before you buy outside the country.Specially if the item in question has no worldwide warranty. Quote Link to comment

DarkChurch
Am contemplating on getting either an Acer AOD250 or an ASUS EEE PC 1005HA. Which do you thing is better. It's for light travel. Quote Link to comment
MODERATOR tamago Posted September 10, 2009 MODERATOR Share Posted September 10, 2009 I have Acer Aspire 4730z. Got it for 28.5k this past April Battery life sucks. 2 hours lang. And now, the DVD drive is going nuts Quote Link to comment
noypiblazer
Acer is better than Asus in terms of durability of its casings, keypads and overall design, although only some slight difference between Acer and Asus yet still I would prefer Acer more because of its reputation based on ads, friends and even reviews in gadget magazines Quote Link to comment
pussyeater
I'm convinced! Acer it is. Can anyone tell me a good place to buy laptop batteries? Thanks! Quote Link to comment
mackyboy
kung gusto nyo matagal battery life, don't buy laptops with cutting edge technology dedicated video cards. ok na yung intel gma series. malakas sa power consumption ang mga mamahaling video cards... mabilis pang uminit. pero kung gusto nyo talaga high end ang graphics.. pasensyahan na lang sa maiksing battery life.
