Guest Leviticus
hello bikers. I recently decided to buy a scooter due to traffic and because of gasoline expense; well, mostly because of traffic. i was wondering if there are any rules that are different or specific for scooter riders? I heard there is a no-helmet policy but iba iba ang specifications ng helmet; depends on where you are; no tint ang visor, should not cover face, should cover face, etc. any input would be appreciated Quote Link to comment

echo2knight
Ang alam ko, mandatory that you be wearing a helmet (any kind... as long as you comply) and side mirrors are a must (be it useful or not)!!!! Magcomply na lang kayo with the rules and regulations. Anyway, its for the rider's good and protection!!!!! Quote Link to comment

Pahabol lang na tanong. I heard that there is a minimum requirement for cc at EDSA and C5? at least 150 cc? Is that true? Does that mean there is a minimum speed kapag sa EDSA? Quote Link to comment
