Went to Vietnam last month and had coffee in the province of Dalat (their version of Baguio). They grow their own coffee and prepare it their traditional way.

It was absolutely heaven! The flavor was intense and simply delicious. I love coffee and this was probably the best coffee experience for me.

I want my coffee on demand. Meaning - its there when I want it, like those morphine push thingies they have for patients in chronic pain.

LOL.

Seriously.

Id like my coffee hot and strong. Not too sweet and milky.

No froth. No sprinkly stuff on top. No whipped cream.

No matter how hot I feel, I still like my coffee as hot as hell :D.

I think...

-the restaurant that serves the best brewed coffee is Pancake House

-from fast food chains, the best comes from Tropical Hut

-the worst, a tie between Jollibee and McDonalds

-in an effort to save money, instead of using coffee beans, NESCAFE used burnt rice for making instant coffee. This is how bad their new blend taste like. Hmm I think I'll start a thread about it...
