xircom
Do you guys know any good and reliable sales agent/broker in any of the Cityland condo's? I dont recommend the following agents: Cindy G. Cityland Estacion St - doesn't call you back, for a licensed broker she seems clueless Portia P. Cityland 8 on Gil Puyat (Buendia) - un professional, doesn't know what she is doing, doesn't know the concept of selling that when a buyer desides not want to buy she goes crazy. Stay away from her. you may want to contact kay francisco 892-3823. hope this helps. Quote Link to comment

elementrace
I want to get some property in the Philippines and thought that Global City would be a good place. An inexpensive condo to get started, probably near the new St. Lukes. Any thoughts or recommendations? Quote Link to comment
crossroads
I have a question regarding condos. Let's say a condo is 15 yrs old, when it reaches its end of life, what issues will a property owner face? Quote Link to comment

teban
HI Guys, ask ko lang advise nyo. We have a house in lot around Makati (its actually near Makati Manila boundary pero within Makati pa din) and we are thinking if we should sell it to buy another lot from another place.
D. Sanchez
Are you planning to rent of lease it? There are lots of income potential for houses closely located near Makati CDB or those one ride away from their work place especially if the tenants wants it to be a bit away from the noise and pollution of the CDB area. Think about it. Quote Link to comment
D. Sanchez
Have sir Blue, your trainer, taught you regarding the legal matters on this? Anyways your question is tricky, if she is seperated, she must secure an affidavit on finality on dissolution of marriage. And also the man should submit a form that he is not interested in the acquisition of her new property. I will check my files on this and update you from another rival real estate co.'s policy Haven't sold DMCI homes property yet coz I am focusing my energy in another big developer also. hello.. question for pips working sa bank.. i work in a real estate company(DMCI Homes) and i have a client(married but separated) who bought a condo unit from me. she wants to apply the remaining 80% balance thru bank finance the problem is she doesnt want her husband to know that she bought a condo. is it possible na ma approve sya sa loan if single id's and requirements ang i submit nya? tnx Quote Link to comment
Google
tingin ko its better to lease it, tapos kuha ka ng property where the payments that you are making should come from the house in makati that you are renting out. pagdating ng araw, dalawa property mo. Quote Link to comment
