I'm not sure how unusual they'd be considered, but here's a few for me:

• Straight hair
• Ponytails
• Good communication (ie: regular updates if meeting up, or informing me they have to go/are busy)
• Minimal makeup (not a fan of lipstick since I like to kiss a lot)
• Comfortable clothing (I dislike heels, and regularly worried about getting stabbed in the foot)
• Decent/Good English
