wala naman masama that this was exposed... because in the first place this was a scam to begin with

when would you have wanted this out in the open? when everything's too late?

just like what happened before to multitel? mas kawawa naman ang mga kababayan natin...

definitely the proponents and all those who initiated these kinds of scams should be given the death penalty

$1000 or P46,000 (depending on the prevailing forex date) is still a large amount of money. Even when i got a lot of IPO's of National Reinsurance and Alliance Global, my total earnings are still less than that amount combined.

Next time somebody thinks about going into schemes like this, just imagine that where your money will end up. One of the perpetrators reportedly spent the hard earned money of FS investors on a Porche Boxster and Chevy SUV.

high risk and high yield investment..

nag invest ako dito at nabalik naman.. pero yun nga.. pull out agad after a time kasi alam naman namin na website lang to at madaling isara..

changed from www.francswiss.us to www.francswiss.biz

this is a risk investment, all investors know the consequences, we are not stupid. Just like a regular business, not all are destined to succeed. May malulugi't malulugi. Let's see what will happen, then i'll inform you guys. But so far im getting $$$$.... cash.

too bad francswiss is now on the news, it only shows that it's really a scam..hope we learn from the past..

high risk and high yield? The risk is that you could lose your investment anyday as the perpertrators are not following any laws with regards to returning your capital. You are given no documentary proof that you have made an investment. it's not high risk, thats called unacceptable risk.

did you invest?

I honestly have nothing against people who want to involve themselves in these pyramiding schemes, just as long as they don't recruit other people into it.

I DO have something to say when people keep referring to these things as INVESTMENTS. Would you call your bet on the blackjack table an investment? As one of our bros here already posted, I'd rather much face the card dealer at the casino tables (OR better yet, the guy who just check-raised me across the poker table), than gamble with a nameless guy who puts up a website.

Call a spade a spade. It's a pyramid scheme were some people will make money and more people will lose.

Peace lang tayo.

I agree with you all that this is not an INVESTMENT...all people who put their money in knows all the risks. The only reason they invested here is because of the convincing testimonies of the people who encouraged them to invest, these are the uplines. As far as I know, wala kang maikakaso sa mga nahuli. Haay life...

just want to correct you bro not all networking companies are into pyramiding, nagiging pyramiding lamang ito kung pera pera lang ang labanan at walang benebentang produkto, may produkto nga ngunit overprice naman dahil nga ang hinahabol lang eh ung kitaan sa bawat recruit. example of legitimate networking companies: avon, gano excel, tupperware, fullerlife

I agree with Codename V.. High risk and high yields? I also consider "investing" in this too good to be true stuff as unacceptable risk.. I still remember there were two friends encouraging me to invest in different investment houses before.. Exscior and one more company that I still can't pin point the name..

The interest for both companies were absurd.. 5% and 7% yata.. I told my dad about them.. and he quickly said that these are scams.. It was done during his time daw.. He said that if the companies are into real legit businesses, I should find out what they are into coz providing 5% to 7% monthly interest to your investors means that the company is really earning a lot.. He also said that we should emulate the business that they are into, rather than investing into them..

But my dad's point was.. No company can give that high yield to its investors.. Also saying that no company in its right mind would assure its investors high yields and a fixed interest rate.. Ano yun hindi na malulugi? Therefore, its a scam..

After a few months, both of the companies who were recruiting me, folded up.. The owner of Exscior is reportedly in hiding.. and can't be found..

Therefore, one should study before he invests in any "too good to be true" yields.. Some are lucky to pull out their resources before the company folds up.. Well, the question is, what if the company goes down and your investment vanishes with them.. A bigger risk? I'd say unacceptable risk.. <_<

so the francsswiss thing was not a legit MLM? wawa naman mga hindi naka pull out bago ito na expose

definitely this is not legit...sa unang tingin mo pa lang ng plan siguradong pyramiding scam na to...sabi nga ng mga nangeengganyo na mag invest dito consider mo na ang money mo na wala na...kung bumalik man, bonus na lang syo un... , kaya ung mga huling nag invest wala na ang mga pera nila...pero magpapahinga lang yan...cguro mga after a year balik na ulit sa business yan....meron pa ngayong ganyan, global amerika sabi nila hindi pa ito sarado....

those who invested deserve this. usually those with money ang nag invest dito and most of them are educated or we may say may pinagaralan (sana) but i was wondering sa dinami dami nang naging investment scam dito sa pinas bakit hindi pa sila natuto ?., siguro naman yung perang ininvest nila ay perang pinaghirapan nila so they know how hard it is to earn that kind of money (1.000 dollars) pero bakit naniwala agad sila sa easy money scheme nato? anyways hopefully this is the last scam i will read for a very long time. nakakaawa kasi kapwa pinoy ang nadale and mnga perpators mnga dayuhan pa.

While the Francswiss scandal may be over, rest assured that it won't be the last. As a financial adviser, I see dozens of these things every year and all I can say is that they ALL rely on two things in order to succeed : ENVY AND GREED.

ENVY : Imagine that you belong to a group of friends. You all have similar jobs, drive similar cars and live similar lifestyles. Then suddenly, you see your next door neighbor, who used to carpool with you, drive by in a shiny new BMW series 7. Then, he invites you over to his house to watch original DVD's on his brand new plasma TV. His kids begin showing your kids their new IPODs and PS-3. Wouldn't you begin to be curious as to how he achieved it? Wouldn't you begin to ask yourself : "If he can get those things, why not me?" After all, deep down, we all feel that we are at least as good as our peers.

GREED : Once you do decide to place your money in these things and the initial returns start rolling in, it becomes very, very difficult to pull out. Take a look at all of these things and they will always encourage to keep your earnings in, if not add more money to your initial placement. Conversely, ask the ones who made money from these things and you will find that they made money because they cashed in early. They didn't let greed rule them and, once they made a nice return, pulled out and never looked back.

That then brings me to my next point : It is very hard to discredit these things simply because, at the end of the day, people do make money. Yes, in a way, those earnings are "stolen" from downlines but that's what makes it so easy to justify : You never see those people. You will never see the hardship they will then have to endure because they lost their money. Plus, you can always say that it's their fault for coming in late. And of course, will anyone truly return the cars / TV's / gadgets they buy with the money they "earn" from these things?

With all of that said, what are some of the easiest signs to check and see if what is being offered to you is a scam or not?

GUARANTEES : In most developed financial markets, it is downright ILLEGAL for a fund manager to guarantee returns for investment products. This is especially true if the investment involves stocks, forex, derivatives, options and HYIP's. Consequently, if an investment "guarantees" a return and they invest in any of the above, then that is one of the biggest red flags there is.

LACK OF TRANSPARENCY : If an investment cannot or will not tell you where your money is going, that is again another major danger sign. Legitimate investments make it a point to tell you where your money will be going so that you can be properly apprised of the risks. (This is how in countries such as the U.S., you can invest in products based on your religious and / or sexual beliefs. Yes, they have investments targeted for Jews, Protestants, Gays and Lesbians.)

UNREALISTIC RETURNS : In simplest terms, anything that offers to double or triple your money in less than a year should be looked at with suspicion. (For reference, most fund managers are considered good if they can achieve double-digit ANNUAL growth.) This becomes even more urgent if the return is "guaranteed". As many posters on this thread have said : "If it's too good to be true, it probably is."

In closing, for the people who made money here -- good for you (And I'm not being sarcastic here.) Just make sure you take care of what you earned.

For those who lost money -- learn from this. Either never go into these things again or make sure you get in earlier.
