Not exactly. If it was for a height contest, obviously. But over serous stuff like presidents, not exactly. If you want a president that can actually reach a desk, i g uess. if you want a president that can fit through the door without beding his/her knees, i guess. But usually, no. It all depends on the person. No the person's height, but the PERSON'S PERSONALITY.
