skywalker1201
may question po ako about hr thing: i already passed the exam kc den syempre interview na ng hr staff. tinanong nya ko kung may contract ba daw ako kc nag schooling ako sponsor ng present company ko. sabi ko wala. natakot kc ako at baka mag back fire sa akin at d nila ako tanggapin. im willing to pay naman d price of my contract. so, dumaan na din ako ng hr manager, 2 technical interviews, pasado na din ako medical at dental. kaso, ung kasabay ko tinawagan na sya for job offer, ung sa akin ala pa. ang sabi for signature na daw ung MR ko. pero its been a week na hindi pa natawag. d kya sinabi lang nila sa akinun pero the thing is d na nila ako ihahire?m help nman. its been bothering me na talaga. tapos nag file na ako agad ng resignation. pero next month pa effective. natatakot tuloy ako ngayon. help naman jan Quote Link to comment
Django
skywalker1201... baka nga mag backfire yang ginawa mo- especially pag meticulous yung company. Pag nag background check/investigation sila at nalaman nilang nagsinunagling ka sa kanila sa interview. As much as possible- be honest and candid in your interview- if ever the guy interviewing you finds out that you lied to him/her... well... that's it for your application. Quote Link to comment
skywalker1201
may palusot nanaman ako sa kanila if ever eh. nasabi nga ng frend ko na nag background check/investigation ung company na un. but i already told our hr bout my plans at pinapacompute ko na ung babayaran ko. Quote Link to comment
Django
swerte mo mabait yung HR niyo well, it can't hurt to follow up naman. good luck sa application mo, hope everything goes well. Quote Link to comment
dodgecolt
as much as possible always be sincere on what you say in your interview, because the interviewer will know if you are telling the truth or not. There are tell tale sign you know!!! It's possible na matagal ang application for your interview... and as DJANGO have said it will not hurt to follow up yur application. Quote Link to comment
Django
another important rule you'll have to remember during interviews: Anything you say, can and will be used against you  So answer all questions as accurately and as concisely as you can- no beating around the bush. dodgecolt
YUP corek ka dyan.... Or better yet pagtpos na interview mo mag pahabol ko kung kupal yung interviewer, just like in the movie 8 mile "i would like this s@%t to last so i would take pictures of my ass so you cant forget my ass, and i would end this s@%t with f#&k YOU and HAVE A NICE DAY" hehehehe JOKE LANG YUN HA....... IF YOU DID THAT, YOU WOULD NOT LAST FOR A 5 SECONDS DUN SA INTERVIEW JUST REMEMBER TO SMILE AND ANSWER WITH ENTHUSIASM AND BE SINCERE on WHAT YOU SAY... Even if you are lying! be sincere pa din hehehehe Quote Link to comment

fearless_lover
... though nasabi na ni django and dodge and consequence ng di mo pagsasabi ng totoo during your interview... what i can add is this... you have made the decision to leave your present employment because you never waited for the actual hiring document to be signed. your non-hiring with the company you're seeking employment with will already be immaterial, tapos na boksing, since even if you'd be able to take back your resignation, alam mo na talagang gusto mo ng umalis. it would just be a question of when, or who would nake the first move. your company would immediately accept your resignation and make it irrevocable - since it is their prerogative to give it back or not. or resigning again. if i were you bro, i'd go on with my resignation and look for another company. goodluck... dodgecolt
yup fearless lover is right.. it's the company's choice whether they want to take you back or not, i just want to add one more thing! if the company thinks that you are very important to their day to day operations, they would keep you no matter what.. if they give you a raise or more benefits than the other employees so you could stay......... but if they know that you are despensable, pag nag resign ka IT"S AUTOMATIC FOR THEM TO SIGN YOUR RESIGNATION LETTER... n parang di rin yta maganda tignan dhil nag resign ka dn gusto mo bawiin... just go on and find greener pasteurs outside the company na lng.
