Guiness
As for the Cavs winning, We'll never know...But Cavs would have better chances though...May iba na kasi silang kailangan bantayan compared dun sa last series na yung defensive strategy is Stop Lebron lang...Pero offensively, GSW is superior kahit andun yung 2.Curry is Amazing. Yung LeChoke, have you watched the finals to still call him that? hahaha or it could also be that the team is not willing to give away their strategy this early in the season. if they have a gameplan on stopping curry if not him then shutting down the others like thompson and green defensively then they didn't give away anything. it was a close game throughout and the cavs merely did show that a grind it out strategy can be effective although i think they didn't really do much since they weren't at full strength with Kyrie just coming back from injury and being limited in minutes along with shump also just getting their conditioning back from injury. Anyway, its a regular season game, it will just be a stat if they meet again in the finals. Playoffs are a different animal after all as teams play a lot more physical and tougher. These type of games in the regular season, sometimes come out with a playoff atmosphere as teams know who to watch out for when they play them. Quote Link to comment

Guiness
This is going to be a dilemma for the Warriors if they care more about beating a regular season record and limping to the playoffs because of injuries. As i have mentioned before are they will to risk injuries to their players that can potentially derail their chances of winning the championship because they are thinking of that chip on their shoulder of beating the regular season record of wins that was set by the 95-96 Bulls. At present, Curry is playing through a shin injury which he mentioned is "part of the season" where the Warriors coaching staff could decide to let him rest and let it heal instead of playing through it and treating it after each game. The Warriors last win against the Lakers saw Curry reinjuring the same shin when he drove to the basket against Randle, afterwhich he was seen limping. They currently are dealing with some injuries to Thompson, Barbosa and Ezeli along with Curry. Even Barnes who just returned to the lineup is coming off an ankle injury which can linger throughout the season. They have gotten by with these injuries because of their favorable schedules. They were able to win against the Nuggets even if they had only 9 players playing. But it will catch up with them once they play the better teams in the league like the Spurs, Thunder and other contenders for the playoffs. Its up to the coaching staff to manage their minutes properly instead of playing them rugged. I like the way the Spurs are managing each of their players' minutes even resting guys like Aldridge and Parker, not just Duncan and the other older vets in their team. How long will Golden State maintain this type of pace once they get injuries which can hamper their chances. Guiness
Magic Johnson says old nemesis Isiah Thomas was better than John Stockton and Stephen Curry Magic Johnson doesn’t agree with ESPN’s Top 10 point guards list, specifically the part where Isiah Thomas comes at No. 5 behind John Stockton and Stephen Curry. So he went on Twitter storm to make his point.    For everyone's benefit ESPN ranked Thomas 5th behind Curry 4th and Stockton 3rd on their top 10 Point Guard list. Which prompted Magic to respond to the list and give props to Thomas Edited January 14, 2016 by hahnz Quote Link to comment

HarryPotter25
Have the unstoppable Warriors just made the NBA season completely boring?  Now, this was only one game, and it may end up being just an aberration. The Spurs were playing at Oracle Arena, where the Warriors have yet to lose all season, and without Tim Duncan, who sat out with knee soreness. Although his days as a MVP candidate are firmly in the past, Duncan’s presence would have made a difference, albeit probably not a 30- point one. The two teams next play on 19 March, in San Antonio, with the Spurs potentially at full strength. If the Spurs pull off victory there, or even suffer a close loss, we’ll all go back daydreaming about a seven-game Western Conference finals between the two.But maybe that is wishful thinking. It’s also possible that these Warriors have no rival and will continue to decimate the NBA like an invasive species without a natural predator. This was the second time in two weeks that the Warriors embarrassed one of the teams that supposedly had a shot at knocking them out of the playoffs. Last week, they took on the Cavaliers in what was supposed to be an NBA finals preview. That turned out to be a 34-point road win for the Warriors. That loss spurred a coaching change and questions about whether Cleveland’s LeBron James-Kyrie Irving-Kevin Love super-team was doomed by the Warriors’ mere existence. It’s to the point where the NBA might have a Superman problem on its hands. As many attempted movie adaptations will attest, it’s notoriously difficult to develop engaging stories about Superman, a character so powerful he can do just about anything. It’s difficult to come up with believable scenarios for Superman where there’s any drama or provide him with opponents that represent any realistic danger. Greatness, no matter how impressive, can end up being boring without legitimate conflict. We’re not at that point with the Warriors yet, but Monday night’s win suggests that this rest of this season could end up completely lacking suspense – unless a team figures out what their Kryptonite could be.
