smyts
if they beat the Lakers? you're saying like the Lakers have a big chance at winning, more like a snowballs chance. ESPN has the Warriors at 91% of winning against L.A. so yea this is a sure win for the Warriors. Unless by some miracle Curry gets injured, then maybe the odds against the Lakers are lowered then they might have a chance. sorry to burst the Laker fans' bubble but you ain't winning this game. that's just reality right now not a fan, pero bilog ang bola at dala rin ng perfect streak ay pressure to keep the streak going, fatigue etc.. isama mo narin ang swerte.16-0 yes, pero better never to assume... Tandaan last season wala silang talo sa home court , kung hindi lang naka jump shot si Rose nun. Quote Link to comment
Guiness
other than the ESPN poll, there are other compelling factors why the Warriors will win against the Lakers. one: the Lakers are too inexperienced and young to go against a team that just won the nba championship. two: this is the first time the starting 5 of the Lakers are playing together this season, even if you include the pre-season, there's not enough games to build team chemistry yet, i was watching some of their games and i believe they have the talent, but working as a cohesive unit, they are far away from that and their next game is against a Warriors team whose players have been together, the core is intact and they are playing the best basketball they are playing even better than last season i have to admit.three: Kobe: having Kobe there is more detrimental to the team than it is helping, he is currently shooting under 40%, probably the worst shooting percentage of his career. putting him on the lineup hinders the development of the young players. No disrespect to him, he brought 5 chips to the Lakers but right now its not helping. the team plays better with him off the floor than with him on it. four: they give up too many points to the opposing team. no communication on defense or lack thereof. only 2 things will happen to the Warriors and Lakers game:1 - they get blown out badly. what i mean by badly is maybe a 20-30 point blowout 2 - they keep the score in single digits. but still lose. either way they lose. The only bright side to this game is seeing how popular Kobe still is, because let's face it, people still go to see him play even if the Lakers aren't winning. Every road game they go there is a contingent of Laker fans in the arean who are cheering for him. Especially in Oracle Arena, its more of a home game to the Lakers as well since there are a lot of Laker fans in Oakland Quote Link to comment
