I suggest franchise is much better, ROI will take same time but it is more stable rather than starting your own food cart that will not guarantee a strong market or number of consumers

It depends if may makuha kang contrata from politicians. Usually start up companies di naman nakukuha kasi government may bidding na nagaganap at kasi bulk orders sila lagi. This means, may malaki demans, di kaya iproduce ng maliit na businesses.

Yes mahirap kumuha ng contract direct from politicians. But maybe we can target the supporters na lang muna.
