handsomebob Posted October 19, 2023 Share Posted October 19, 2023 recently implemented LANDMINE RUSSIAN TWIST mas intense kaysa sa dumbell or plates (since the bar weighs 45lbs) usually I can do 12 on each side for 3 reps....plus you can do progressive overload since you can put plates on the bar..
