Fusarium_jimini
crunches is the most effective abs exercise. followed by oblique crunches (strengthening of obliques and transversus abdominis muscles)..then seated or hanging leg raises.. Fusarium_jimini
1375071534[/url]' post='8800600']Say you are just starting out, how many abs crunches is suggested for the first month? Can this be on a 4 days a week basis or dapat everyday? If 4 days a week how much? Ideally, all core muscles involved in maintaining stability and posture (those with origin and insertions in the core itself, the sheathed and longitudinal muscles) should be exercised everyday, since they can adapt to fatigue well-enough. Depende na siguro sa yo as to how long or how many crunches should you do. For me, its not the repetitions but the time (5minutes per ab.exercise type) that dermines my exercise: 5minutes of crunches with 1-2seconds hold per rep, then 4minutes each per side.obliques, finally 1.5 to 2 minutes of leg.raises .
