we went here 3 weekends ago.....ayuz! ok - if you're goal is nature trip.......

we rode Autobus sa espana at 10pm, then two rides pa from Banawe - - dapat pala kasama sa itenerary nyo yung "Batad" sa Banawe to see the best angle of Banawe's rice terraces - - may nakasabay kasi kaming friend ko na experienced - yun ang ite nila.

We then travelled to Bagiuo through Lizardo bus, ganda ng view ng mountains and zigzags from Sagada to Bagiuo - - tagal nga lang ng byahe, sakit sa pwet....=)

For those who have travelled on board Cabletours bus and Autobus to Banaue and Bontoc, can you please describe the condition or interior of their buses. Is it comfortable enough? Are they like the buses of Victory Liner? Thanks in advance.

Cabletours' buses are not as good as Victory Liner's. They're pretty old but comfortable enough to get you there. If you are a backpacker, you wouldn't mind the interior. The air conditioning sometimes fail but you won't need it once you get past Nueva Vizcaya. By the way, bring a small pillow, a jacket and a beanie... don't be surprised if the other folks in the bus suddenly pulls out some blankets :thumbsupsmiley:

transportation cost P 1,500.00 to and from sagada

food on a perday basis... allocate k ng P 300.00 a day or even less kung marami kayo

mga inn doon will cost you 1,500.00 per night or the cheaper one yong bed and bath type (dorm type) mga 450.00 a day...

price quoted above may not be exact but it will give you a guide as to how much to budgeet for the trip

tanong ko lang po, diba dito sa sagada, you really need to hike to go to the main spot? i mean dun sa mismong tourist spot? hindi ba ganun ka hirap mag hike dito? ung ksama ko kasi, naaksidente before, may titanium ung leg nya ngaun. iniisip namin kung kakayanin nya pumunta dito..

thanks..

depend kung ilang nights kayo mag stay - - kung mga 2 nights, sakto sakto lang, parang kulang pa......1700 two way fare to Sagada (manila-banawe-bontoc-sagada - vice versa), then mga 1k++ for two nights stay (cheap inn, but inns there are acceptable) - tapos iikot pa kayo for the tourists spots.......enjoy dre!

usual hiking lang ang gagawin mo dito - - i think kakayanin niya. though may ibang tourist spot na medyo mahirap like sa cave, and the big falls - pagod lang
