Workout Soundtrack

I actually listen to audiobooks when i work out. Figured that while im exercising, i might as well learn something new or finish a book. I also listen to comedy shows/podcasts. The only thing is i learned that it could be dangerous. I was lifting one time while i was listening to a comedy podcast and something funny was said as i was exerting effort and I almost injured myself bec I lost my concentration from laughing.

Anything noisy or upbeat like metal or earlier than 80's rock. RATM, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, GnR, Ritchie Kotzen even pinoy rock like kjwan, razorback, greyhoundz or cheese. haha. But when doing Cardio Endurance on a treadmill, I always listen to steady pace music (trance, rave or any of those tugsh taksh for a fancier metronome). If I do HIIT, I never listen to anything as I'm busy activating my motor neurons instead of listening.
