Wyld
bro, if you get the chance, pakitanong naman yung mga track titles nila (gex and rpm/cosmic), want to have a similar playlist kasi when spinning solo. yup am a member of ff...FATness first. haha. i was only able to attend Cosmic once and rpm once. di kasi magkatugma sa sched. based solely on the two sessions i attended....rpm is more straightforward spinning.....pedal, sit, stand, rest. cosmic has more "maarte" moves like leaning forward, side to side, wiggling (?) etc. so i would assume it uses up more calories. plus, the instructor (michelle i think?) is trimmer and hotter. yung instructor sa rpm machuba din for some weird reason eh. parang hindi inspiring. heheh anyway, any info on the tracks they use for these sessions would be greatly appreciated. cheers! If its an official Les Mills release (owner of the FF franchise), the track listings are usually listed in their website. Thats how I was able to put together the Body Balance tracks (circa 2003) before I left for the US. Got the track listing, used limewire ... burnt it. Do a google to find the exact website of Les Mills then do a search on "classes" or "track listing" - I remember theres a pull down menu for it. Quote Link to comment

muffy69
When I work out at home, I don't put on any CD to listen to music. I turn on the TV or watch movies on DVD. When I work out at the gym, I just listen to whatever is being played inside the gym. I don't bring an IPOD or an MP3 player or anything like that. I just don't want anything in my ears. bikerider
Crap...can't find "Round and Round" (Rhythm Twins). This is a really bouncy and energy-boosting song I remember from RPM31. Help....? Round and round by rhythm twins is actually a remix version of the song (of the same title) by the bodyrockers, the same group who sang 'i like the way you move' from rpm 29. Quote Link to comment
