They have a "hands-off" attitude and trust me at my work.My supervisor has a laid-back attitude. Puwedeng mag-leave anytime basta tapos na ang trabaho.My co-workers are kind and give me presents and snacks every time. Para akong patabaing baboy sa work. Work stability. You cannot be fired unless you commit a grave offense like stealing or killing someone. What I don't like about my work: My job title and work should be of a higher pay grade. (But I don't make a fuss and am grateful for my job).My bosses are taking it too easy that I sometimes have to solve problems by myself.Distance from homeWalang masyadong chicks... uaeboy25 Posted November 13, 2009 Share Posted November 13, 2009 sa work ko madaming hindi ko gusto, kaso trabaho lang walang personalan. working for a position next to director(manager) eh talagang nakakaburaot.makikisama sa lower position. minsan alam mo na mali na pero papalusutin mo para next time sya naman ang makikisama naman sya pag ako ang humingi ng pabor.mameet ung demands ng director at owner(na minsan imposible na ang expectations nila).magterminate ng isa sa employee(nakakakonsensya, lalo na pag iniisip na may pamilya din sila way back sa abroad)meeting deadlines, schedule of activity, licensing, renewals of contracts. sus. akala ng lower position madami silang work. pero in reality, hindi lang nakakapagod ang maging manager, pressured pa.
