Indeed;  making sure that you strictly follow your sleep schedule would help..

 

Then again;  it would also help to do some deep breathing & mindfulness tasks.

The best cure for me is exercise (makes me tired) and journaling (cleans out my thoughts so I can focus on sleep).  Great sex has always been a great insomnia remedy, especially PSE-type sex.  Your body might ache tomorrow morning however (hehe).

Surprisingly, I also found that the sounds of a plane flight (asmr, white noise) helps me sleep too):
