Rubi1909 Posted October 16 Share Posted October 16 The best cure for me is exercise (makes me tired) and journaling (cleans out my thoughts so I can focus on sleep). Great sex has always been a great insomnia remedy, especially PSE-type sex. Your body might ache tomorrow morning however (hehe). I found the following video comments helpful, hope you do too: Surprisingly, I also found that the sounds of a plane flight (asmr, white noise) helps me sleep too): May you all have good night's sleep!
