tondoloverz Posted June 6 Share Posted June 6 dati umiinom ako ng kalahati g baso ng gin haha. ngaun yung ginagawa ko pinaghahandaan kontlga yung pagtulog ko. mga pre sleep rituals ba. ayun effective naman. tapos yung set yung sleep time ko, kailangan sinusunod ko yung oras ng tulog ko. tapos kung hindi pa din kaya, pipilitin ko pagudin sarili ko. Therefore, put all technology outside/away from the place you sleep. If you need an alarm, get an alarm clock. Train your mind to settle once you are lying down already, not for 3 hours texting. mpwhatever Posted August 19 Share Posted August 19 do a sleep schedule / routine and try to sleep at the same time, ex. OK , 8:45 pm , dim lights, light snack, shower, toothbrush, ( para sa'kin , reading until sleepy ) . gawa ka ng para sayo fap also helps , pero di ko ginagawa gabi gabi, maka maging dependent ( but if work has different schedules , hindi to pwede ) Quote Link to comment
