Hard to answer. With regard o Ateneo, it's just one of those childish inter-school sniping. The SONA, that's been covered. About declaring Martial Law, we're just assuming the risk is there with this imbecile, even though the 1987 charter supposedly made it impossible to declare a NATION-WIDE ML. But since 1987, ML was declared twice in some parts of the country. Once by Gloria and once by that jerk from the south.

The tragedy that happened in Ateneo is regrettable. Any jokes however childish it maybe is not appropriate. You are a better person than that. You can rant about BBM all you want but don’t become like them trolls.

At tsaka yun multa reasonable dapat. Pag ticket 125 lang babayaran mo. Pero pag hulicam 2-5K for the same violation lang naman

NCAP very dangerous to motorcycles and other open vehicles.  Kapag huminto ka sa stoplight lalapit ang mga bike-nappers.
