Google
i am also using two g-shocks. the first is an old model. got it 10 years ago. after one change of battery, it is still up and working. the second is a brand new model. a digital/analog combination. got it six months ago. you are right in saying that g-shocks are one of the durable watches ever made. i've known someone who got his g-shock 12 years ago, and it is still working fine. mantoux
G-shocks are indeed durable. Maybe not the most durable, but still durable. I don't know if its our weather but sometimes, the rubber parts become brittle and start to crack/fall off. Of course this does not affect the functionality of the watch, only the appearance aspect. ChiliMac
i had a classmate back in highschool who kinda lended his g-shock to me due he said he finds it bulky and big for him. he did a lot of nasty stuff with it like burn the sides and smash it on the walls, i think he was fond of the commercial kaya ginagaya nya! any ways i went to park square makati to have the plastic walls of the face change for i think around 500php? and it was back in it's glory looking form. after some time the watch went dead, i was calculating the life span of the battery and aprrox it was 5 years of length. so i had it replace to the same shop in park square. before i garduated in college my old classmate just decided to give me a ring and take it back?! anyways it was one cool watch! i'm collecting a diff brand of watch now.
