Depende kung ano ang "easy" para sayo. Some people probably think Bitcoin is easy money compared to, say, physical labor. But understanding cyrpto and how its markets work can easily make my head spin so I wouldn't consider it as "easy".

For me, for crypto to be viable they have to peg the volume up to 2 decimal places. Yan na nakasanayan ng tao. Bitcoin's main problem is it's volume goes up to more than 2 decimal paces (8 in fact).

I can't seem to ever reconcile how a cryptocurrency would be valuable without something physical to back it up so doon pa lang sumusuko na utak ko. The science behind it I can appreciate but not how it would be considered as an asset

It's like any commodity, the price is dictated by market. If someone is willing to pay it $5K or someone is willing to sell it $5K, then that is the value

 

Maybe for folks like us, we don't see ourselves appraising its value at $5K so we are a pull on the downside. But then you have speculators who think (or bet) it is more than that so it pulls upside.

 

Just a month ago Bitcoin per se is $4K, now it is $5K. Not sure of the other cryptos.

 

I tend to evaluate cryptos on the practicality side.
