magnus
if i am desperate i'd say the deal is ok. but here is the catch, if i'd for example say, invest 10K in a certain stock and it so happens that it went down, 30% of 10K is 3K... not even enough to pay for hospital bills.... understand what i'm saying? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Here's the deal: 1. I'll put up the money. the amount of which is depending on your advice.2. You can have the 10% consultant's fee in case of gains.3. You share 50% of the loss just in case; but you still get 10% in case of gains. 4. I'll put a bullet in your head if i lose more than 30% of my investment at any given time. Fair enough? let me know if we have a deal.<{POST_SNAPBACK}> Quote Link to comment

magnus
Actually, wierd as it may sound, I'm not a bit worried about the 30% loss and the bullet in the head. If you know the dynamics of the stock market, it would be a very remote thing to lose 30%. But the deal is grossly disadvantageous to me that is why I'm not taking it. The risk to reward ratio is very big. In other words you risk a lot just to gain a small amount of money... tsk tks tsk better focus your energy to other more profitable deals. Quote Link to comment

$$G1ZaL$$
To those who wants to make that easy money, you may want to look into the autosurf industry. Get paid to Surf is another way to earn money online. Autosurfs have been around for some time as simple traffic exchange programs; however, the 'get paid to surf' concept hit the Internet just about 3 years ago. Some people make a distinction between get-paid-to autosurf programs and conventional HYIPs. Don't be fooled, autosurfs are high yield investments, and they present the same risks. The one difference between the two, is that earning an income through autosurfing is not totally passive. In order to earn money, you'll have to spend a few minutes each day viewing advertisers websites. Paid autosurfs pay you a percentage of your investment (upgrade) for viewing a pre-defined number of sites everyday, for a predefined term. This can be a few days to a month. At the end of term, you may cashout or compound your earning if the program allows for compounding. The more stable and reliable autosurfs will pay you 1% daily for 365 days, after which your investment expires. For people looking for tangible work at home opportunities, paid autosurf programs offer an easy way to earn an income online.. PM me if for further details Quote Link to comment

DonImus
I see a lot of MLM bashing here. Though its true that there are a lot of baloney goin on in this industry the bottom line is that not all of these companies are SCAMS. Actually network marketing is being taught at HARVARD BUSINESS SCHOOL, it is also an elective in Ateneo Graduate School of business and other reputable learning institutions. Bill Gates himself was interviewed by oprah and was asked if he weren't the big guy in microsoft what would he be doin. He answered he would be in network marketing. When asked why, with matching surpirised expression mr gates answered well its the fastest growing industry its the next big thing. If mr $50B thinks so I dont think we're in the position to contest. The best thing here is to learn about something before we comment on something. There are lot of books out there regarding this industry, I suggest you read them and try to learn from it. Tutal kahit papaano may matututunan ka namn eh.MLM Taught at Harvard Business School This may be wrong and you may be right and you may have better 'research' than this that you'd like to share. By the way, since this post is pretty old, here's an update with regards to MLM being an elective in Ateneo GSB. As far as I know, some Atenistas analyzed certain MLM systems and came up with a way to 'crumble' the pyramid. They call it Kamada and it targets binary MLMs. The idea is to place some money into the system to create a perfect pyramid. What it does for you is you get ur money back plus inventory while basically destroying the system. It's a scam within a scam As far as MLM being an elective in AGSB, i don't have an inkling if that is at all true. Quote Link to comment
