Lakers win 111-110. That was an outstanding fight put up by the Jazz. We had the game in the bag in the last few seconds and they still gave themselves TWO chances to win it. Unbelievable.

careless inbound by artest he should have called a time out.....

deron williams had a good look and I thought matthews tip will go in...

Eto lang yon in the past kahit nandoon si Kirelenko at Okur may ipinanalo ba silang series sa Lakers? Wala. In 2008, partida pa sila wala si Bynum at Ariza. The Lakers won in 6 games against the Jazzy. Last year. Nanalo ang Lakers ulit against the Jazz in 5 games.

One win by the Utah Jazzy doesn't eliminate the Lakers.

True... the Lakers have beaten the Jazz consistently during the past couple of years... that is why I was hoping the Nuggets and Lakers meet in the semis, but without George Karl the Nuggets lost early. The Lakers will beat the Jazz... there is absolutely no reason to think otherwise.

Lakers advance. No shame for the Jazz. They upset a Nuggets team that was supposed to challenge for West supremacy and gave the Lakers a fight in Game 3 for the ages. I'm now firmly convinced that Sloan can part the Red Sea anytime he damn well feels like it.

They have some good people in there with D-Will, AK, Sap, Matthews, and Korver. They should move Booz to get a serviceable big with real size, though. Fesenko and Koufos make Ostertag look like Hakeem out there. The development of one of their swings to a consistent shooter or the acquisition of one is also a must. They better do it soon, OKC and Portland both look like they're ready to make even more noise in the West next year.
