to all readers - beware of the after sales service of Sony Ericsson because it SUCKS. they make you wait in line for three hours only to tell you that it"ll take them three weeks to fix your phone. at the end of three weeks, they'll tell you to wait a little more (which turns out to be longer), only to finally tell you they CAN fix your phone but the parts needed are MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE PHONE ITSELF.

 

My advise is stick to NOKIA or any other brand that has after sales service

 

on the up side - havent had any problems with my Palm Treo for the past three years
